-Shipping-
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders will be shipped via USPS or FEDEX and delivered Monday-Saturday. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Holidays. It typically takes between 5-7 days to receive your order once it has shipped.

-Returns or Exchanges-
If you would like to exchange, we encourage you to reorder the item you would like to exchange for as inventory changes quickly.
If you would like to process a return: Please include a copy of your order or the order number inside your package. If you are returning boots/shoes please wrap or cover the box, there will be a 15% restocking fee if the original boxes are not covered. Buyer assumes all return shipping fees unless there was a fulfillment error on our part.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable, you will only be refunded for the products returned. 
+ Returns must arrive back to us within 15 days of delivery confirmation to you. Items must be in NEW condition;  no signs of wear, tags must be attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free.
+ ALL sale items are FINAL

+ SEZZLE PAYMENTS: Sezzle is a 3rd party payment processor so we are only able to offer in store credit with ANY Sezzle payments. We will email you a gift card to use in store or on our website. These cards never expire. 
+ Feel free to ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the item(s) is yours, at this point.
Please allow up to 5 days for processing your return once we receive it. We will email you with the status of your return once received
