-Shipping-
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, unless we have made a mistake on our part. 
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders will be shipped through USPS and delivered Monday-Saturday. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Holidays. It typically takes between 2-7 days to receive your order once it has shipped.

-Exchanges-
We cannot guarantee that the item(s) will be in stock when we receive your return so we suggest placing a new order for the correct size and sending back the incorrect size for a full refund.

-Returns-
Returns must arrive back to us within 15 days of delivery confirmation to you.
Items must be in NEW condition;  no signs of wear, tags must be attached, unwashed, unaltered, stain free, makeup free, smoke free and deodorant free.
ALL sale items are FINAL
 
TO PROCEED WITH YOUR RETURN:
You must have an account to create a return shipment. If you placed your order as a guest, you will have to register with the same e-mail address to convert your guest account into a customer account. Then follow the steps to create your return request, you will also be able to keep up with the status of your return here. 

Buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs, unless we have made a fulfillment mistake on our part. 
Feel free to ship your returned merchandise at your own discretion, but we do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation, as the responsibility of the item(s) is yours, at this point.
Please allow up to 5 days for processing your return once we receive it. We will email you with that status of your return.
